Even the best laid plans have faltered

Dreams of forever can be altered

There was a time when you were the one

But now that time in our lives is done

We spent some time in the wilderness

Wandering with no ending

But now I have closure

I still have love in my heart for you

It’s just not the same now that we’re through

Still something in me felt incomplete

Running until I can’t feel my feet

I just wouldn’t turn to say goodbye

I kept running from the end

But now I have closure

Now I can stop looking for you here
